we are not alone
if we think we are
we are naive
how can we possibly know?
small specks of energy
on a big space rock
pretending to matter
pretending to be a bigger picture
does the sun care about us?
do the stars look down on us?
or do they just always look up?
looking for something to compare themselves to.
looking for something to hope for
making themselves feel small
smaller than they should
because they are beautiful
and unique
and individual
maybe we're not all that different from the stars.
paradise is not so far away
when the sun replaces the moon
though with the day comes agony
to be replaced by dark so soon
the shadows dance in the streets so black
a rhythm unknown to any man
the streetlamp lights a friendly face
to welcome you into the clan
of demons and death
of shades and ghosts
of vampires and werewolves
of monsters and men.
the ground rumbles a beat so smooth
arises a figure of solid stature

rotten stenches all around
my blindness opens to a sight
of the devil standing on a cloud
he takes my hand and pulls me in

"A universe created by darkness. Seems highly reasonable all considering the sort of utter rubbish and trouble civilization has put on her back. Ultimately, the universe has become a dumping ground for the surrounding worlds to use at their disposal. Once a place of dreams, hope and prosperity; now a breeding ground for war and danger. Spread across the whole galaxy, planets fall one by one on the warpath of foreign invaders.
The just newlyborn star called Forenjix - hosted by some of the most brilliant and clever life forms I've met in all of my days - fell victim to these invaders just two days past. Stardust and rubble of what was a sprou

They always say you remember the most important things, and well, I guess to me, that movie was one of the most important things that happened in my life.
I still remember the night quite clearly. It was graduation night;

I was swinging towards the city. The world all around me was just so quiet, and so destroyed. You would swear that the Mayans were right. Lady Liberty herself was now nothing more than a pile of burned rubble, and the once beautiful waters around her we're now red.
The city was dead. The once booming population of New York now roamed the streets in agony. They only moan. They never talk. Sometimes it seems as though they are trying, but words just get mumbled out by the screams and gargles.
It takes roughly five minutes for people to turn. The transition is painful. First, the body seems to become completely paralyzed, and it just shuts dow

I didn't ask for this to happen. If you would have told me that one day Manhattan would become my playground, I would have called you crazy. What more could a teenager have asked for? From scrawny geek to buff, panty-dropping man within a night. I thought I had it all. I thought I was the best thing to happen to the city of New York. Boy, was I wrong. If anything, I only made this twisted society worse. During the peak of danger, everybody looked to me for help; but I ran. I ran because I was scared. Because of what I had already lost. Because of what I would lose.
I ran.
Not even The Avengers could stop it from spreading. The Earth's Might
