Literature Text

O' Mother, guide me,
for thou' art the golden map.
Cleanse me of mine own sin,
and purge me of my fate.
Bless'd thy rain,
to wash away my pain.
Seize me in thine grasp,
and lead me t'you.

For I hath done a monstrous deed,
against thine kingdom;
doth take my soul away.

Save me from death;
thus by killing me,
for I cannot bare to stay any longer.
There be no going back,
for the damages I have done to thee,
or in thine good name.

Oh what hath I done?
And what shall I do to fix it;
for I am lost in thy void.
Give some sign,
a light perhaps:
a glimmer to enlighten.

Lest thine winds take my soul,
and fly it to the Lord's grateful hands.
Let your sun melt me down,
and let my heart make amends.

For I must be pure,
b'for the darkness, she takes all.
Until the hour you forgive me,
I shall continue The Fall.
A poem I'm really proud of. I don't even know where this came from. Enjoy.
